HOW LONG DOES EACH HEADSHOT TAKE?
Most participants are photographed in just a few minutes. With professional lighting, guided posing, and an efficient workflow, attendees receive a polished experience without long wait times.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE BACKDROP AND LIGHTING?
Yes. I provide a complete professional headshot studio, including studio lighting and an 8' × 8' backdrop in white or black. Custom backdrop colors or branded options can also be arranged.
HOW ARE THE PHOTOS DELIVERED?
Participants receive access to a private, searchable online gallery where they can easily find, select, and download their images. Final photographs are professionally edited and delivered in both high-resolution and web-ready formats.
CAN ATTENDEES CHOOSE THEIR FAVORITE IMAGE?
Yes. Each participant can review their images and select their preferred portrait before final delivery, ensuring everyone walks away with a headshot they're proud to use.
CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH EXECUTIVES, SPEAKERS, AND TEAMS DURING THE SAME EVENT?
Absolutely. In addition to individual headshots, I can photograph executive leadership, keynote speakers, sponsor interactions, team portraits, and candid event moments to provide a complete visual story of your event.

Yes. Chris Conner Photography is fully insured, and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided to your venue or organization upon request.

With your event on the books, we’ll begin the planning process. I’ll confidently assist you every step of the way. I’ll provide location/venue guidance, shot list suggestions, timeline guidance, and whatever else you may need.
02 // Planning + Prep
It’s time to take your photos! I’ll meet you at our predetermined spot and start to capture you or your family in all of their glory. I’ll preserve every meaningful moment while ensuring your comfort and giving you the best experience possible throughout our time together.
03 // The Big Day
Following the session or event, I’ll naturally retouch your photos and prepare them for your review. You’ll receive a link via email where you can access your complete photo collection online. You’ll be able to share, download, and purchase prints to your heart’s content with photos free of any watermark or usage restrictions.
